Where Do My Kids Go?

Where do my kids go? At Mountain View, your children are very important to us. Providing a safe, secure and fun environment where they can learn about God is our highest priority — and we know that getting them to the right place on Sunday is your highest priority.

To be sure that every child is safe while they are with us, we employ a state-of-the-art check-in and security system. When you and your family arrive on the Mountain View campus, you will want to check your children in at any of our computer check-in locations. Those are located in the Children’s Education Wing lobby and the Sunday School Wing. At the check-in stations, all children receive printed name tags. Parents receive security receipts with the matching number so they will be able to safely pick up their child from a class. From the check-in stations, you will be escorted to your child’s proper class.

Birth through Toddlers & 2’s
When you bring a child, birth through 2 years old on Sunday morning, you can be sure your child will receive loving care in our nursery. In the Little Sprouts area, age-appropriate Bible lessons are taught in fun and meaningful ways for toddlers.

 Pre-K
Pre-kindergarten on Sunday morning is a fun and interactive place.  In our Kid Jam (Jesus and Me) classes the kids learn new songs, listen to Bible stories and have Bible lessons from the Orange curriculum.

K – 5th Grade
Kindergarten through 2nd grade children are located in the Children’s Education Wing. 3rd – 5th Grade classes are located in the Sunday School wing next to the Family Life Center.  To find their classes, just visit the Children’s desk in the Children’s Education Wing.  During the 11:00 worship time all Mountain 252 kids come together for a time of song,  teaching and worship together in the Outback.

Evening Service for Kindergarten and up
We have class for kids Kindergarten through 5th grade every evening starting at 6:00!  Each month we explore the Bible as we have a theme that ties everything together.  The class currently meets in the 2nd grade class room across from the check-in desk.

Evening Service for Pre-K.
For those in Pre-K 3&4 we have a class that meets each Sunday night during the church service. Ms. Donna meets in the Pre-K classrooms located in the Children’s Education wing and would love the chance to teach your little one more about Jesus!
